Our January mission - One Great Hour of Sharing® is one of four special mission offerings of the United Church of Christ. This offering supports the disaster, refugee, and development ministries of the United Church of Christ within Wider Church Ministries.
This is the first quarter meeting of the Mission Committee. They meet quarterly usually looking forward about 6 months planning and preparation.

First of two February Missions - Souper Bowl of Caring. This drive is timed to closely coincide with the Super Bowl Football game. Canned soups are collected and delivered to Community Action in Galion.

Our monthly community dinner is from 5pm - 6pm on the second Thursday of every month. This is a carry out format at the elevator door of the west parking lot (next to Rite Aid). Donations are accepted but not expected.
The finance committee meets on the Thursday before Consistory to discuss financial matters of the church.

The second of two February Missions - Church World Services Blanket program is a reminder to give a kind, loving and tangible response to someone facing a difficult time, reminding them that they are not alone. This mission wraps up on March 5th. Mission commmittee matches all $$ given.
Our church council meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month except for July. Our elders, deacons and trustees meet to discuss many matters impacting the church and it's members. These meetings start at 7:00pm.
